The California Legislature returned for a brief time on December 5 to swear in the new members, and wasted no time introducing bills to attack the Second Amendment.  Of course, this is no surprise to us and we are already gearing up to do battle at the Capitol (we will have updates on our website soon). The good news continues to be that we are winning victories in the courts, which will hopefully derail these latest Leftist efforts.
