At a Young Republicans Gala last night, Marjorie Taylor Greene told the crowd that if she and Steve Bannon had organized the attack on the Capitol on January 6th, that they would've "won"... because they "would've been armed."

January 6th was already deadly. And here we have a sitting Republican Congresswoman, fantasizing about even deadlier violence. This is unacceptable and dangerous, but unfortunately it's perfectly aligned with everything we've come to expect from MTG and the increasingly extreme GOP. At nearly every turn, MAGA Republicans excuse or actively incite violence against minorities, against political rivals, and against our very democracy, and they must be stopped.
