[The Overnight • Washington, D.C. • June 3, 2023]([link removed])

We are so excited to announce the launch of the 2023 Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk! On June 3 in Washington, D.C., thousands of people from all over the country will come together to walk from dusk until dawn. This yearly event is a powerful opportunity for suicide prevention advocates to raise funds and awareness in an effort to change the conversation about mental health and suicide, and put a stop to this tragic loss of life.

Year after year, Overnight participants feel supported and inspired as they walk 16+ miles through the darkness and into the light, alongside a community of people who understand. Those who walk with us include survivors of suicide loss, people with lived experience, family and friends, and others who support the cause, knowing this is an issue that affects everyone. We encourage you to join us to make connections that will last a lifetime, and help save lives.

Whether you're a past participant or new to The Overnight community, we can't wait to see you there.
