No Woke ESG Practices in Antitrust Enforcement
ESG is tainting the integrity of our federal agencies. The Federal Trade Commission must not follow suit and erode its neutrality on consumer protection. I lead a letter with 11 of my colleagues in calling on FTC Chairwoman Lina Khan to reject the politicization of the independent agency.

Support of Section 230 Bicameral Amicus Brief Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act protects Big Tech from liability when speech which causes harm is hosted on their platforms.
However, overly expansive interpretation of the statute has given immunity to Big Tech companies to alter and push harmful content, while censoring conservative viewpoints. I joined my colleagues in urging the Supreme Court to reconsider.
