‌FIRSTNAME -- A.G. Holder is extremely concerned. He said on “Face the Nation” that the dangerous theory at the core of Moore v. Harper would “put our system of checks and balances at risk” if the Supreme Court sides with extremist Republicans.

As a former attorney general and voting rights expert, A.G. Holder weighed in: “If the Court does the right thing, you should have a nine to zero opinion that rejects this notion of this independent state legislature doctrine.” [[link removed]]

The decision will come down to siding with voters and 100 years of constitutional precedent -- or siding with map manipulators who want to reinstate an unconstitutional gerrymandered map in North Carolina.

The Supreme Court should protect checks and balances in redistricting!

If you agree with A.G. Holder that this should be an easy case for the Supreme Court to decide, add your name to the AOTL petition:[[link removed]]
