From Massachusetts to Oregon, Dem AGs are working to protect Americans from the ever-present danger of guns. Americans shouldn’t have to fear going to the movies, their grocery store, or to school. A majority of Americans support gun safety measures, and in June, Congress even passed the first bipartisan gun safety bill since the 1990s. But this new bill isn’t sufficient enough to fully address the root causes of mass shootings – there are simply too many guns falling into the hands of the wrong people, and Republicans are doing nothing about that.
