Seeing Becca on the cover of The Washington Post for the 118th Congress freshman class photo is surreal – and something that was ONLY made possible thanks to the support people like you put behind her this year.
When Becca launched her campaign for Congress, she had an email supporter list of about 500 people. But together, we built a community of thousands of supporters who stepped up to chip in $5, $10, and $27 at a time. And together, we bucked the status quo and sent a working mom, teacher, and openly LGBTQ woman to Congress.
Running for Congress is a massive undertaking – one that’s a heck of a lot easier with a strong grassroots team behind you. In order to close out the year strong and keep up with our fundraising goal, we need to raise $5,000 by our mid-month deadline on December 15th.
