In 2023, Democrats will have the opportunity to safeguard and protect reproductive rights in the Commonwealth – even as the GOP is working overtime to undermine these rights by introducing restrictive bans that would make it more difficult for Virginians to access abortion services.

The only thing standing between the GOP and a ban on abortion in Virginia is our majority in the State Senate. In order to further expand and preserve Virginians’ right to choose, we need to hold the State Senate in 2023 – and retake the State House.
