Texans are Fighting for a Secure Border

Dear Texans,

Under the Biden Administration, we have endured an unprecedented crisis at our southern border.

• More than 4 million illegal immigrants have been apprehended since President Biden took office.
• In FY22, 98 individuals on the Terrorist Screening Database were apprehended.
• More than 14,000 pounds of poisonous fentanyl have been seized in FY22.

Despite the dire reality of our southern border, President Biden claimed there are "more important things going on" than protecting our sovereignty and refused to acknowledge the crisis created under his watch. Texans have a different message, and this week we launched a plan that would enforce our laws, safeguard our communities, and take back control of our border from the drug cartels in the new majority.
