This week, Donald Trump made it even clearer that he is an enemy of the Constitution.

In a post on Truth Social, he continued to deny the (now very old) results of the 2020 election — and he called for a "termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution" to place himself back in office!

This kind of blatant attack on the fabric of our democracy is exactly why David has introduced a new bill to enforce the 14th amendment and block Trump from holding public office.
