Team,
During Thursday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing, I called on Judiciary GOP leader Jim Jordan to denounce his Committee’s tweet praising known antisemite, Kanye West.
Jordan, who is set to become the new Chairman of this Committee in January, responded with an outright lie claiming, “That tweet was not our account!” Well, we have receipts:
This gives new meaning to the saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”
The tweet was clearly sent from the House Judiciary Republicans’ official account, where it remained posted for two months before they finally deleted it.
For Jim Jordan to sit there and blatantly lie about it tells you everything you need to know about how he and his Republican extremists intend to conduct themselves in the Majority. They will align themselves with hate, then try to gaslight the American people about it. That’s why we need to do everything we can to hold them accountable and call out their lies for what they are: dangerous, hate-fueled rhetoric!
We can’t sit idle in the face of hate. Can you rush a $15 donation so we can hold the MAGA right accountable?

To Republicans like Jim Jordan, lying is as natural as breathing. We need your continued help and support to remain diligent. No lie should go unanswered!
