Friend,
It’s the beginning of a new year, which means state legislative sessions all around the country are starting up again. At AU, we track hundreds of bills introduced by state legislators each year. That work has only grown more vital since the rise of Project Blitz.

Project Blitz is a secret political agenda sweeping through state legislatures across the country. Its aim is to establish the U.S. as a Christian nation. Organized by a growing network of Christian nationalists, Project Blitz operates in the shadows – especially now that AU and our allies have started publicizing their goals and tactics.
But look, we can’t let them run their playbook unchecked in 2020. Our movement to protect religious freedom must work together to continue to expose their agenda.
That’s why we created the shareable infographic above. Today we are asking all our supporters to call out Project Blitz by sharing it on social media.

The Project Blitz playbook starts with seemingly less controversial, benign measures that organizers think can be passed under the radar, including displaying “In God We Trust” in public schools and requiring Bible classes in public schools.
This allows Project Blitz organizers to get a foothold in the state. Then they plan to escalate to laws that promote prayer in public schools and eventually misuse religious freedom to justify discrimination.
Ultimately, the goal of Project Blitz is to tear down the separation of religion and government in America.
By sharing this infographic, you can help us pull Project Blitz out of the shadows and expose their Christian-nationalist agenda. Help us kick off 2020 by sharing our new infographic on your Facebook now – it only takes a second: [link removed]
