Washington, D.C. – This week, I joined most of my Texas GOP colleagues in unveiling our plan to do what Democrats refuse to do: secure our border. As Republicans are set to take control of the House next month, I am prepared to work in the next Congress to ensure the Democrats’ open border policies aren't left unchecked. On Tuesday, I participated in a productive Small Business Subcommittee on Oversight hearing on the challenges facing small businesses amidst rampant inflation and vast labor shortages. I had a great visit today with the Radiology Associates of North Texas as we discussed their workforce issues and my efforts to get more students into their industry. I also had the opportunity to tour a Long Term Care Facility and discuss legislation I’ve worked on to better support their operation.
