The Supreme Court hears oral arguments in Moore v. Harper, a case that turns on the meaning of a key provision in the Constitution outlining the Framers’ structure for congressional elections.
The caucus cals for bills that are focused, amendable and readable; conservative representation on committees and among chairs; and a halting of GOP leaders being involved in primary elections.
