John, I asked, and people answered. Let's go over the top three issues:
1️⃣ Healthcare: Everyone wants quality healthcare. And I believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare.
That's why I worked hard to expand Medicaid coverage to seniors, regardless of immigration status in the IL House, and I'm taking that mindset to DC!
2️⃣ Reproductive Rights: With Roe v. Wade getting overturned this year, I know people across the district are concerned about a person's right to choose what they do with their body.
I fully support people having total control over her body and medical decisions, and that'll reflect in my actions as your representative.
3️⃣ Environment: Climate change and the resulting environmental impact is a big issue. As your rep, I'll always have our future generations in mind.
We'll work together to ensure that we're preserving our environment and implementing sustainable solutions to keep our environment in tip-top shape for years to come.
Tackling these issues takes teamwork, John. I definitely can't do this alone – that teamwork has to start NOW. Will you chip in so we can start facing these problems together?
