But there’s now hope for life to prevail against dangerous chemical abortions.

A brand new lawsuit was just filed in Texas against the FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to REVERSE the approval.

And now, with the weight of this lawsuit hanging over the FDA, there’s never been a more important time to flood their office with comments from pro-life Americans like YOU.

Please send our pre-written comments to the FDA today to urge them to reverse their approval of the dangerous and gruesome abortion pills know as mifepristone and misoprostol.

This critical lawsuit exposes the FDA and HHS for putting radical politics ahead of the safety of mothers and innocent unborn babies.

The complaint states that the FDA “continued to fail [America’s women and girls] by repeatedly removing even the most basic precautionary requirements associated with [the abortion pill’s] use.”

Charlotte Lozier Institute – SBA’s very own education and research arm – has also done incredible work to expose the dangers of the mifepristone/misoprostol regimen and the FDA for failing to require any systematic investigation of complications associated with abortion pills.

At the end of the day, there’s no denying that Joe Biden’s hand-picked director of HHS, Xavier Becerra, is as radical as they come in pursuing an agenda of abortion on demand even up until BIRTH.

And it’s clear that his extremism has seeped into the FDA’s approval of dangerous drugs like the mifepristone/misoprostol regimen.

But Friend, while the Big Abortion Lobby insists on keeping America in the company of countries like China and North Korea on the issue of life, this pro-abortion extremism doesn’t have to be our reality.

And right now, we have a real chance to STOP the flow of dangerous abortion pills across our country.
