This week, the Biden Administration traded an arms dealer for basketball player Britney Griner in a prisoner swap with Russia. While a former U.S. Marine currently suffers in a Russian maximum-security prison, the President chose to prioritize a basketball player who kneels for the national anthem and was arrested for carrying drugs illegally. It is shameful.
To make matters worse, the arms dealer released by President Biden has been labeled the “merchant of death” and a threat to international stability. The Biden Administration’s misplaced priorities will have disastrous consequences far into the future.
Meanwhile, the countdown has begun. In just twenty-six days, Republicans will gain control of the House and have the subpoena power to investigate decisions like these, the ongoing border crisis, and the Biden crime family’s business dealings. We are just a few short weeks away from accountability for this corrupt administration.

In what is already being hailed as the first victory of the soon-to-be GOP majority, the National Defense Authorization Act passed this week included language that will end the Covid vaccine mandate for U.S. military service members. This repeal comes at a time when the Army and Navy have missed their recruitment goals. Thousands of troops have been discharged because of this mandate, making this a huge win for both the men and women of our military and our national security.
