As 2022 winds down, federal antitrust enforcers are sharing more about their efforts to address the consolidation of corporate power across the economy. This week, Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan and the Department of Justice’s Assistant Attorney General of Antitrust Jonathan Kanter joined the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and The Federalist Society respectively to layout their approaches to antitrust enforcement and discuss what they hope to accomplish in their terms.
