You are eligible for Oregon’s Political Tax Credit if: 

You are an Oregon resident.
You will submit an Oregon tax return for 2022.
You make less than $75,000 (individual) or $150,000 (couple filing jointly). 
In the 2022 General Election, the message from voters was very clear: we want climate action and we want climate leadership. Because climate voters came out in force this election, Oregon's next governor will be a climate champ and we protected our pro-climate, and pro-environment majorities in the state Senate and House.
