"But in Indiana, the red wave washed across the state unimpeded,
clearing away any remnants of Hoosierland’s purple past."

It seems
folks are taking notice of the years of hard work that thousands of
Republicans across the state have put into ensuring success up and down
the ballot.

If you haven't seen, the News and Tribune recently
published an article that discusses the strong showing Republicans had
on election night this year and just how "red" we've become (the
"reddest" since the 1950s). As the article notes, we're not afraid to
roll up our sleeves and get into the "nitty-gritty" of politics,
working to recruit the best of candidates and establishing the ground
game it takes to win.

But it's because of our supporters like you
that Indiana has truly become so "red" and Republicans have had the
opportunity to deliver again and again.

While we take some time over
the next few weeks to rest and enjoy the holiday season, the
"nitty-gritty" will soon resume, and we hope you will join us as we
prepare for the municipal elections ahead as we look to expand our
success in cities and towns across the state.

Enjoy this week's
newsletter and share it with a friend.

Sincerely,

Chairman Kyle
Hupfer
Governor Holcomb's Week That WasMaintaining the Pole
Position Governor Eric Holcomb stands with Andretti officials, Fishers'
Mayor Scott Fadness, and others at the official groundbreaking of
Andretti's new headquarters.
This week, Governor Eric Holcomb was
joined by Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers, Andretti Global
Chairman and CEO Michael Andretti, and others for the official
groundbreaking of Andretti's new 575,000-square-foot global racing and
technology headquarters in Fishers. The state-of-the-art facility is
set to open in 2025 and will add up to 500 jobs to the local community
by early 2026.

"Indiana has long been the racing capital of the
world, and Andretti Autosport's commitment to growth here will only
further cement our state's leadership position in Motorsports and
STEM-related pursuits,” Governor Eric Holcomb said. “This new campus
will not only bring new, exciting employment opportunities and serve as
an asset for one of our fastest-growing communities, but it will also
show just how much this living legacy, one of the most globally iconic
brands known, continues to invest in the future of our great state.”
The new facility will serve as the headquarters of operations for
Andretti’s current NTT INDYCAR SERIES, INDY NXT, and IMSA programs.

WASHINGTON (WNDU) - The U.S. House has
passed the Jackie Walorski Maternal and Child Home Visiting
Reauthorization Act of 2022.

The bill, which passed Friday by a vote
of 390-26, supports services that aid new parents and their children
from before birth through kindergarten. It also honors the legacy of
Rep. Walorski, who died in a crash in Elkhart County back in August,
and her commitment to this cause.

The bill reauthorizes the
Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program
for five years and increases the annual funding level to $800 million
in 2027.

It also updates program policies to provide an even
stronger focus on improving outcomes for families and to provide
clarity and stability.

 Stuffing Stockings for the Indiana
National Guard Two Republican Hoosier women, Becky Bechtel and Monica
Kozlowski, members of the National Federation of Republican Women
(NFRW) Armed Services Committee, helped stuff stockings with goodies
for 2,000 Indiana National Guard troops deployed during the Christmas
season.

Becky is the current treasurer of the Indiana Federation of
Republican Women (IFRW) and Monica is a past president. To learn more

  Applications Open for
2023 Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Class Applications to join
the 2023 class of the Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Series
are now open!

The Indiana Republican Diversity Leadership Series
(IRDLS) is a seminar and leadership training program that provides the
preparation and resources needed to increase the engagement of minority
Republican leaders across Indiana. The program is open to Hoosiers of
all backgrounds and all ages as we work to bring more historically
under-represented communities into civic leadership. Members of the
series build their personal network, meet with state leaders, and
receive mentorship while developing additional avenues to become
civically engaged in Indiana.

The series involves monthly classes,
which cover topics such as inclusive language, authentic
communications, diversity and civic engagement, multicultural
messaging, local and state policy, and much more. The class concludes
with a group capstone project and a trip to Washington, D.C.

The
series is the first among state Republican parties and has been
described by the RNC as a “prime example” of Republican efforts to
prioritize minority engagement, grow the party, connect with voters,
and elevate leaders.

 50,000 Calls Made As
Chairman Kyle Hupfer noted last week, the Indiana Republican Party
makes it a priority to share resources whenever possible. In the days
leading up to the Dec. 6 runoff election in Georgia, our team, together
with some volunteers, made over 50,000 get-out-the-vote calls into
Georgia on behalf of Herschel Walker.

Thank you to all for the hard
work!
