Over the course of the last year, extremist legislators have launched an all-out assault on our right to vote. Make no mistake — these attacks by extremist officials are a calculated effort that disproportionately targets people of color, voters with disabilities, those with limited English proficiency, and other voters who face obstacles at the ballot box.

Now, as we look to the year ahead, newly-elected officials are already vocalizing their intention to further strip the power of voters. We’ve already seen it in Ohio, and soon we’ll see it in other states too.
