Nottingham Arboretum
Carlton Male Voice Choir and other artists will bring their Christmas programme of festive songs and carols to the Nottingham Arboretum bandstand.
The programme will start at 12.30pm and will? include seasonal readings and the chance to sing along to festive classics.
Hot drinks and mince pies will be available, so come along and enjoy the celebration and remember to wrap up warm.

The spectacular light trail is proving very popular and it's a sure-fire way to get into the Christmas spirit. As you walk along the path, new light installations appear, bringing a sense of wonder.??

Aside from the Christmas light trail, come and discover ?Ye Olde Christmas Past? experience with a self-led tour through the bowels of Wollaton Hall.
This immersive experience stimulates the senses, and you may bump into Sana or one of his helpers. Ideal for the whole family!
For some healthy fresh air, why not take the Outdoor Trail.? There are festive characters tucked away around the park. For ?2 you can get a map and some goodies to help you follow the trail, The map is available from the park's shop and cafe.?

Newstead Abbey
Each weekend in December (Saturday and Sunday), there will be a craft market in the cloisters with a range of local handmade goods.?Craft stalls can be accessed either as part of the Storybook Christmas house tour, or via the shop if you're just visiting the gardens.?
Why not book an afternoon tea or a? full Christmas dinner which is available every Sunday.

You've probably heard about the amazing Sky Skate elevated ice path that lets skater glide above the Christmas market stalls in Old Market Square. Well, grab a ticket and make it part of an evening out.?
The market is a great place to do a bit of shopping, with over 40 stalls you'll be able to find an exciting Christmas gift for family and friends.?
There are over 20 food stalls serving a wide variety of foods including gourmet burgers, Yorkshire Pudding wraps and vegan cuisine from Nottingham's own Filthy Vegan.? If you have a sweet tooth, there's treats galore including churros and crepes.

Exclusively for children aged 5 and under, little ones can glide around on a range of ice equipment from giant bananas to seals.
Pushchairs and prams are welcome on the ice with children receiving balloons and stickers after your skate.

There is still time to pick up a beautiful Christmas tree from the wide range in stock, as well as seasonal plants like poinsettia and cyclamen for beautiful Christmas centrepieces.

Get your skates on and book a place at Shoot the Duck roller disco this Saturday.
Nottingham's premier roller-skating promoters, have their next event at?Future Makers on Daleside Road.? The 9000sq foot space will provide plenty of room for those skating moves.? Plus there'll be a DJ banging out all the favourites and a great light show.
Earlybird tickets have sold out but there are still a few standard and student tickets left, so get your skates on and book a place as the roller discos are always popular events.

They became the first tribute act to ever have a show in the West End and have an international reputation in delivery an exciting stage show.
