IN 2023 WE’LL KEEP FIGHTING TO KEEP OUR ELECTIONS HONEST.
Rather than just talking about voter fraud, Judicial Watch takes
action…and we win! We scored important successes for honest
elections in CALIFORNIA,OHIO, INDIANA, KENTUCKY and FLORIDA – and
this year we settled our lawsuit against NORTH CAROLINA after our
lawsuit caused the state to remove over 430,000 ineligible names from
their voter rolls.
We also sued COLORADO, NEW YORK and PENNSYLVANIA in cases that are
still pending, and our election law team is reviewing federal and
state data to determine if we will issue more “warning” notices to
states and counties failing to clean their voter lists as the NATIONAL
VOTER REGISTRATION ACT requires.
This year, we also broke new ground when we successfully challenged a
vote-rigging, congressional redistricting “gerrymander” in
MARYLAND by their Democratic legislature; and in ILLINOIS, we are
challenging a state law that permits mail-in ballots (even those
without a postmark!) to be counted up to two weeks after Election Day.
Since our constitutional republic depends on transparency and the
integrity of our elections, we are prepared to go to court against
anyone…whether a Democratic or Republican state election official,
the Biden administration or a Soros-funded group.
IN 2023 WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING TO SECURE OUR BORDERS.
Judicial Watch has long been the national leader in fighting for the
enforcement of our laws against illegal immigration, and we are
exposing the open-borders Biden administration to educate Americans
about the disastrous Biden border crisis.

We also sued the state of CALIFORNIA and MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND
for illegally awarding taxpayer-funded Covid benefits to illegal
aliens.
IN 2023 WE WILL CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE SERIOUS
ALLEGATIONS AND EVIDENCE OF BIDEN FAMILY CORRUPTION.
Judicial Watch has been, too often, the “only game in town” when
it comes to digging into the overseas influence-peddling schemes of
President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden…schemes which may well have
profited Joe Biden as well!
We will continue our own investigations and litigation, and we are
also mounting a national campaign to demand the new Republican
Congress do what the Democratic Congress has failed to do…carry out
its oversight responsibilities!
WE WILL CONTINUE TO FILE LAWSUITS EXPOSING HOW TAX DOLLARS ARE USED TO
PROMOTE CRITICAL RACE THEORY…WHILE ALSO FIGHTING FOR
CONSERVATIVES’ FREE SPEECH RIGHTS TO OBJECT TO THIS RACIST AND
MARXIST INDOCTRINATION.
We uncovered documents using state open records laws revealing that
taxpayer money was used to try to indoctrinate students in Critical
Race Theory (CRT) in MARYLAND, and our subsequent lawsuits have
uncovered similar misuse of public funds in school districts in
MASSACHUSETTS, ILLINOIS, RHODE ISLAND and VIRGINIA.
We also sued to force release of documents proving that the Biden team
is indoctrinating WEST POINT cadets with CRT propaganda – and we are
suing for similar documents related to what is being taught at the
U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY and U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY.
And we filed civil rights lawsuits on behalf of teachers fired solely
because they exercised their free speech rights to criticize CRT and
other leftist programs in their schools. We achieved a big settlement
for one of our clients recently, and we are currently prosecuting
similar lawsuits on behalf of two other teachers, one in ILLINOIS and
another in MASSACHUSETTS.

WE CONTINUE TO SUE LIBERAL STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS VIOLATING THE
U.S. CONSTITUTION (AND STATE CONSTITUTIONS) WITH “REVERSED RACIST”
QUOTA REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER SCHEMES.
This year we won a taxpayer lawsuit which forced the city of ASHEVILLE
(NC) to eliminate racially discriminatory provisions from a
city-sponsored scholarship program available only to blacks. And in
CALIFORNIA, we filed two taxpayer lawsuits that led to courts striking
down state quota laws based on race, ethnicity, gender and sexual
orientation this year.
No discrimination means no discrimination…and we have just begun
this fight!
IN 2023 WE WILL KEEP FIGHTING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY IN CONGRESS.
Judicial Watch always keeps its ethics eye on Congress, regardless of
which party is in control. We know we cannot trust Congress to police
itself…and with a new Congress taking office next month,
opportunities for corruption increase.
AND IN 2023 WE WILL NOT GIVE THE DEEP STATE A PASS ON ITS ILLEGAL
SECRECY.
The Biden administration has proved to be just as bad as former
administrations in showing contempt for our open records laws and the
American people’s “right to know.”
But we are holding them to the same standards we have every
administration since we opened our doors in 1994...this means fighting
government bureaucrats in federal court for access to public records
Americans have a right to see!
