Hi John,
We are excited to welcome you, our beloved community, back in-person for the 35th Annual All Peoples Celebration [[link removed]] on January 16, 2023 at 10am. We invite you to join us as we honor Dr. King and recommit to his teachings on building bridges. The great orator and leader simply stated “Let’s build bridges, not walls”. Dr. King spent his life advocating for the breakdown of walls and barriers. Walls of discrimination, division, and disparity. He knew that walls are symbolic of fear and ignorance, whereas bridges represented understanding and coming together. Every day, in every action, we should build bridges of inclusion that radically restructure our society. This year we invite you to practice the art of connecting with intention.

They are a founding member of the Sisters of St. James Productions and the mother of the House of St. James. Their performances are a blend of activism, education and art — with symbolic, one-of-a-kind outfits they make by hand. And that is how “the African Bearded Drag Queen” was born.
