OLYMPIA, WA ??The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the voluntary surrender of Washington medical license from Kim W. Stoneking, MD (License #00048025). ?Dr. Stoneking voluntarily surrendered his license to practice in lieu of further compliance with a previously entered Stipulation to Informal Disposition.
