Team, Trump’s recent actions toward Iran are nothing short of horrifying. His rash and reckless decisions put the lives of Americans, our partners, innocent civilians, as well as the stability of an entire region, at risk. Instead of learning the lessons of the war in Iraq, he insists on repeating the same mistakes. Unfortunately, this is part of a disturbing pattern. Trump’s foreign policy has never been about protecting our country and citizens. It’s been about protecting his ego. Trump’s actions are unconstitutional and greatly increase the risk of war with Iran. We need to stand up and unequivocally say NO. President Trump and his administration have never given diplomacy and de-escalation a chance.
