We have some great new features we’ve been working on for the last few months! Read on below and respond to this email if you have any questions.

Source Report

My favorite feature of this deploy – you can now more easily measure the ROI on your list acquisition sources using the source report. Available on the Stats tab of the Group Manage page, the new download allows you to see all the sources that have been created in your group and important stats for each one. That includes:

• Overall count of activists who’ve taken action via that source
• New to email and mobile
• Lifetime value
• Count of recurring donations

Random Limits on Reports

We’re always looking for more ways to promote testing on Action Network. The new random limit input for reports allows you to target a universe and create a random test universe. This is helpful for longer term testing, since you can add a tag to that test universe and measure how they respond to content longer-term. You’ll find the new random limit on the Targeting page for reports.

Keywords for Call Campaigns

You can now add a keyword to a Call Campaign. When an activist texts the keyword, they’ll be called and connected to their target, whether it’s their state representative or President Biden. More here.

Other updates worth noting:

• Filter emails and ladders by status with 1-click in the Emails tab and the Ladder Manage Page.
• Update to the radius filter: You now have the option to input the number of miles instead of using a dropdown AND switch from miles to kilometers.
• Option to schedule a close date for an action and have it unpublish in the future automatically.
• Email notifications for account updates like password or two-factor authentication (2FA).

Speed upgrades! These operations will be much faster post-deploy:

• Calculating for reports, emails, and mobile messages
• Email send speeds
• Uploads page load time

New integrations

• Smartraise is a fantastic fundraising tool that process payments in over 130 currencies!
• Daisychain is a CRM and organizing tool that allows you to automate data flow and grunt work while building authentic connections.
