December 7, 2022 - 90000-17-XO-22 (Record No. 171760 - Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rule Chapter 1, Section 3(a)(xvii), the Commission has set the Authorized Interest Rate (interest rate) payable on customer deposits held by gas, electric, and water utilities, pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 7(f); and, affected telecommunications companies, pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 4, Section 9(g) in the State of Wyoming, at its Open Meeting held on November 29, 2022. The interest rate is set at 3.97% per annum for the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
