In January, the 118th Congress will convene, becoming the first new Congress in a post-Roe America. With the GOP taking back the majority in the House and still holding power in numerous state legislatures, we know reproductive freedom will be under attack in 2023.

The majority of Americans support protecting the right to an abortion – it's time Congress enshrines it in federal law.

We believe that it's critical to codify the right to an abortion into federal law, now more than ever. So friend, will you sign our petition to call on Congress to codify Roe v. Wade once and for all? We want to get 10,000 signatures on this petition by midnight.
