Texas Republican AG Ken Paxton filed 134 election fraud counts against a licensed social worker who helped 67 residents at her supported living center register to vote in 2020. This is one of the largest “illegal” voting cases filed in Texas.
Paxton considers her to be a vote-stealer, but she was doing her job. Paxton is filing frivolous charges against her, and to make matters worse, over the past two years, his office opened investigations into at least 10 election workers. We wish we could say we’re surprised that an indicted AG is making up false claims of voter fraud, but, we’re not.
Time and time again, Ken Paxton has shown us who he really is and we have a plan to stop him. By building out resources, including digital ads and on-the-ground organizing, we can prepare to support Paxton’s future Dem opponent. And we can do that with your help, friend.
Now is the time to start getting ready to not only defeat Ken Paxton, but any other Republican AG who punishes people for voting and calls for wasteful investigations into nonexistent voter fraud. Chip in to DAGA today.
