Yesterday marked one year since the House introduced the bipartisan background checks bill. One year.

In that year, nearly 40,000 people were killed with a gun.

This is the world the NRA and Mitch McConnell want us to live in, but we refuse to let this be our normal.

Mitch McConnell has an obligation to do his job and give this bill the debate and vote it deserves.
