But Jack continues to be attacked for living out his convictions. And today, America's most famous cake artist is back in court.

Jack designs beautiful custom cakes-and those cakes communicate a particular message. That's why it matters to him what he creates. 

An attack on Jack's religious freedom and free speech is an attack on yours-and all Americans'.

You may know Jack's story: He was first targeted by the State of Colorado because he could not in good conscience create a custom cake celebrating a same-sex wedding. To do so would violate his religious beliefs about what marriage is.

For more than 10 years, he has received a range of hostility and threats, both privately and publicly. Alliance Defending Freedom has defended Jack from these threats, all the way to the Supreme Court. But it's not over.

Last year, a Colorado court punished him for not designing a cake that would celebrate and symbolize a gender transition. 

The request for the gender transition cake came from an activist attorney who told Jack during trial that the attorney will continue to harass him no matter the outcome of this case, because the attorney wants to "[c]orrect the errors of [Jack's] thinking."
