While most people are counting down the days till Christmas, we are counting down those till the ATF gets the nerve to announce their rule change.



As you know by now, the ATF has said they will release their updated rule regarding pistol braces this month, and with only 24 days remaining, that time is drawing near.  





Many of you have already taken action on this, and we thank you, but you need to CONTINUE to take action to drive the message home!



STOP THE ATF RULE CHANGE! <[link removed]>



This updated rule is expected to redefine what a pistol is, making many of them into short-barreled rifles/shotguns (SBRs/SBSs), meaning the 40 MILLION+ people that own these devices and pistols could find themselves catching a felony under their tree this year. 



According to the government, under this proposed rule change you would have four options if your braced weapon is an NFA item:



- Register the firearm with the ATF and pay that NFA tax

- Permanently remove and alter the brace so it can not be reattached

- Install a 16in barrel

- Destroy the firearm or turn it in to the ATF



Or, put another way, comply or else.



We have had thousands of you take action already, but that number needs to get higher. Congress has the means to stop this rule change and strike it down, but we need more people pressuring their legislators to make it happen.



Even if you have already taken action, hit that button again! We do not want them to go a moment without seeing an email from our Grassroots Army!
