Dear Friend,

Last night was a huge win for Democrats, and all Americans. Rafael Warnock's victory in Georgia means Democrats have EXPANDED our majority in the Senate. This means we will have a majority on all committees, can move President Biden's appointees through more quickly, and will no longer require every Senate Democrat to pass bills.

But friend we can't stop now. We face the exact same situation in Virginia Beach on January 10th. Right now, Democrats hold a one-seat majority in the Virginia State Senate. That majority has been a brick wall against Glenn Youngkin's extreme, anti-choice, agenda. 

On January 10th we can expand that majority by electing Virginia Beach City Councilman Aaron Rouse to the Virginia Senate and giving us a guaranteed pro-choice majority on the floor. Like myself, Aaron comes from local government and I can't tell you how important it is to have people in Richmond who know local government fighting for us.
