For many of us, November was a difficult month. First, midterm election results revealed that some of the most extreme anti-trans candidates will serve another term. They will continue their vicious attacks on trans rights, propagating anti-trans rhetoric and hate.

In late November, on the eve of Trans Day of Remembrance, we witnessed the devastating effects of where this rhetoric leads.

As next year's legislative sessions approach, our staff at the NCTE Action Fund are preparing for more attacks on trans rights, especially the rights of trans youth. But we can't do it without your support. It will take all of our collective power to win this fight.
