December 6, 2022 - 30026-50-GP-21 (Record No. 16963) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for an increase in the gas cost rate of $0.1160 per therm. Additionally, pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 2, Section 30, BHWG filed a Petition for Confidential Treatment of Exhibits 4 and 5 (Petition).

The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
