Please see the CAMHS Practitioner Level 2 job description, this vacancy is within the CAMHS SHARP (Self-harm Awareness & Resource Project) team. A good knowledge and clinical experience of working with self-harm and suicidality is desired. The SHARP service uses a preventative model and reaches out to front-line professionals in education, social care, health and the voluntary sector, offering support and guidance in the management of self-harm?and suicidal behaviours. A CAMHS SHARP Practitioner will facilitate children and young people's workshops, offer face to face therapeutic sessions, deliver various training to professionals, complete self-harm risk assessments and facilitate professional consultations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Professional knowledge acquired through a degree level qualification in one of the following;
? Clinical Psychology
? Counselling or Psychotherapy
? Social Care
? Mental Health
? Or other relevant clinical studies
???
Experience required:
? Working with children and adolescents in a mental health/education setting
? Experience of developing and delivering training/workshops
? Experience of completing clinical risk assessments
? A good knowledge of children and young people's safeguarding
? Experience of multi-agency working
