National Council on Disability Invites Public Comment at Quarterly Council Meeting in December
All are welcome to attend the National Council on Disability?s (NCD) next quarterly Council Meeting that will be held virtually on Thursday, December 8 from 12:00 ? 4:00 p.m. (ET). The agenda includes welcome remarks and introductions, welcoming new Council Members and recognition of outgoing Council Members, Chairman and Executive Committee reports, Council Member roles and assignments, policy updates, and a discussion on the 2024 Progress Report. The meeting will also include comments from the public regarding ideas for NCD?s Fiscal Year 2024 policy project proposals, which will be discussed and voted on at its February Council meeting. NCD specifically requests ideas to engage emerging topics, areas in need of updated research for advising federal policy makers, and areas previously unengaged by NCD.

Registration is not required, but interested parties are encouraged to register on NCD?s Eventbrite page. For more information on the meeting and the public comment period, visit NCD?s Upcoming Council Meeting page.
