John—
The news here in Georgia is incredible: Gun sense champion U.S. Senator
Raphael Warnock has been re-elected!
As soon as this runoff election was announced, our volunteers got to work.
With the help of supporters like you, they went above and beyond to get
out the vote for gun safety and push back against extremism, calling more
than 230,000 voters in just a few weeks and helping thousands of Georgians
make a plan to vote.
Now with Senator Warnock re-elected, we have expanded the Gun Sense
Majority in the U.S. Senate. That means we'll be able to put forward even
more life-saving bills and confirm more officials who will focus on the
safety of our communities. This win will help save lives.

about the volunteers who rolled up their sleeves, got to work, and ran for
office.
This victory closes out an incredible election cycle for our movement. The
last year has been a long journey, and together, we made clear that gun
safety is a winning issue. From key governor races in Wisconsin and
Kansas, to Senate races in Pennsylvania and Colorado, to sheriff elections
in Massachusetts and New Mexico, we made history, and elected leaders who
will continue fighting for gun safety.
As a proud Georgian—even more proud than usual today—thank you for
everything you did to help us secure this win. Faced by the threat of
extremism, we stood up for common sense and made sure the gun industry
didn't get another lawmaker in office who would rubber stamp their
dangerous agenda. Our work isn't done; we have a lot of tough fights ahead
of us in the new year as we continue to make clear that hate and extremism
have no place in our communities. But together, I know we'll build a
future free from gun violence.
I can't wait to keep working alongside you.
