John, our lawyers are headed into court later today to make their oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in our critical lawsuit against Twitter and U.S Senator Alex Padilla.

As you know we’re suing them for their unlawful collusion in banning conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley for simply asking questions about election fraud.

That’s exactly what happened to our client.

Elon has reinstated account after account – but our client, Rogan O’Handley, AKA @DC_Draino, is still being banned from Twitter.
