Saw The Beach Boys last night at the Paramount in Huntington, Long Island. Lead singer Mike Love is 81, can still hit the notes and doesn't need a teleprompter for lyrics.Although many young Americans don't understand (before their time) that the band epitomizes a far more innocent country than we have now.  An era when strife and conflict seemed far away. Vietnam, of course, wiped that out.
