If what Musk is saying sounds familiar it’s because that’s OUR EXACT argument in our lawsuit against Twitter and now-U.S. Senator Alex Padilla in O’Handley v. Padilla.
As you may remember, we’re suing Twitter and Padilla for their collusion in silencing conservative commentator Rogan O’Handley (otherwise known as @DC_Draino).
Of course, you and I already knew that the leftists at Twitter were taking marching orders from government officials to silence conservatives…
But now the world knows too.
And this is HUGE for conservatives like Rogan.
Now, we have even more evidence that Twitter executives had no good reason to permanently suspend his account.
Rogan is just one of many conservatives who was targeted and censored – and he should be one of many conservatives to have his account restored under Musk’s leadership.
Make no mistake, John, – we’re proceeding with our lawsuit, because the politicians involved must be held accountable, and we must set an example throughout Silicon Valley.
Our lawyers will present their oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals this Wednesday.
