John,
A federal judge ruled that public prayer is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and now an angry atheist group is trying to stop the Supreme Court from taking the case.
It's OUR case, and our response deadline at the Supreme Court is in just a few days.
The American Humanist Association – a perennially angry atheist group – is demanding the Supreme Court REFUSE to take our case because it would "upend" every single attack on religious liberty.
Our deadline to respond to these anti-Christian opponents of prayer is in just 6 days.
Anti-Christian extremists constantly rush to court and abuse the system, claiming to be "offended" by prayer and any expression of religious liberty. Their goal is to eradicate faith from the public space.
One thing we can agree with the angry atheists on is this case could dramatically reshape the legal landscape because the lower courts have been GETTING IT WRONG for years. Anti-Christian radicals should have NO RIGHT to bring these suits in the first place.
In addition, we're presenting oral arguments TODAY in another major religious liberty case in federal appeals court.
As we prepare to file our urgent reply to the Supreme Court, we need your Tax-Deductible support. This is our most critical month and this is one of our biggest cases in decades. TODAY, your gift to defend prayer at the Supreme Court will be DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled To Defend Prayer at the Supreme Court.
We can win. We defeated attempts to shut down churches during the pandemic and just helped win a critical prayer case at the Supreme Court earlier this year. But we need YOU now.
