Lawsuits against Hudbay Minerals are for: the 2009 murder of Adolfo Ich, the 2009 shooting-paralyzing of German Chub, and the 2007 gang-rape of 11 women by marauding gangs of company security guards, Guatemalan soldiers & police during illegal-violent eviction of ‘Lote 8‘ village.
