Did you hear that DC Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton has signed onto the RISEE Act ([link removed]) ?
The Reinvesting in Shoreline Economies and Ecosystems (RISEE) Act is a priority of Citizens Climate Lobby as a bipartisan bill that helps to fund coastal infrastructure and resilience efforts. It also benefits inland states by lifting a funding cap on the Land and Water Conservation Fund ([link removed]) , which has been used for a bunch of park projects in DC!
