We’re a week into 2020, and about a month away from the Iowa Caucuses -- the contest that could determine whether or not we are able to continue the race and become the Democratic nominee.

To make sure we have enough money to run the type of voter outreach program that can lead to a win in Iowa, we set a goal of $50,000 from each state by Friday. If we can hit that mark, we can reach and persuade caucusgoers to caucus for Pete. Otherwise, we will spend every week catching up to the fundraising number we need.

As it stands, we need another $44,656 from DC. Will you be one of the supporters in DC to help us close the gap and chip in $3 to help us establish the programs we need to win in Iowa?

Historically, underdog candidates who do well in the Iowa Caucuses go on to lead historic presidencies. If we can pull together enough support in the next few weeks, we can gain enough momentum to propel us through the early states, through Super Tuesday, and into the White House, but if we can’t we will have to fight that much harder in the following weeks, caucuses, and primaries.

Your support at this point in the race is critical. Whether it be spreading the word about Pete to voters you know who are undecided or donating any amount you can to help fund our campaign, those actions bring us that much closer to winning the presidency.
