This new movie wants to motivate the American people to take action.
Dear Friend,
One of the challenges that the movement to end sexual exploitation often encounters is the fact that many people aren’t aware of the magnitude of the problem.
Even if and when people are aware of the problem, a common assumption is that sex trafficking is a problem “somewhere else.” Blind Eyes Opened ([link removed]), a new documentary film set to be in theaters for a one-night event on January 23 ([link removed]), wants to help dispel that myth and move the American people to take action.
The film is a challenging look at a devastating crisis that America cannot afford to continue to ignore, and those who watch the film will receive powerful insight from many experts—including several members of our team here at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation.
Blind Eyes Opened will be in theaters for ONE NIGHT ONLY on January 23, 2020 and you can find tickets at a theater near you here ([link removed]). If you'd like to help spread the word about this important film on social media, you can find our shareable blog about it here ([link removed]).
