Senator Collins often touts her position of power within the Republican caucus and clearly has a close relationship with Mitch McConnell. Twenty years ago she called for witnesses and more evidence to “get to the truth” in the Clinton Impeachment. But not this time. Instead of demanding a fair and impartial impeachment trial she has simply yielded to McConnell, Trump, and her special interest donors.

Just another case of her saying one thing and doing another.
