John, I humbly write to you as your Governor-Elect knowing that we won this fight and met this moment like never before.

But I want you to know — the job is not done. The task is not complete. With our feet firmly planted on the strong foundation of our democracy, our hearts more open than they were at the start of this campaign, and our eyes looking ahead, we begin to work together to move this Commonwealth forward.

Pennsylvania, we showed how to build a coalition to take on the big fights for the people of Pennsylvania. As we move into the transition between campaign and our administration, we begin the hard work of building a coalition to lead this Commonwealth and move us forward. I am profoundly grateful for this honor.

I will be a Governor you can count on to get things done. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on the status quo, brought people together, and fought to deliver real results for Pennsylvanians — and that’s exactly what I’ll do as Governor.
