Willow is ConocoPhillips' pet project—a plan to lock us into three decades of destructive drilling in sensitive Arctic ecosystems near Indigenous communities.
The Arctic is already melting four times faster than the rest of the world, and the Willow project could make it so much worse. It would unleash devastating levels of pollution and directly undermine Biden's climate goals.
But there's good news: If Biden rejects the permit, that's it. The project's dead.
